Pre-Construction

Planning a construction project before the actual construction begins is perhaps the most important phase. The main goal of Pre-Construction is to guide a project to meet the owner’s objectives from the very beginning. Giving input on design or managing the design process, developing a feasible schedule, value analysis/value engineering, and constructability reviews are just some of the components focused on delivering a functional and financially viable final product.

Owner's Representative

Most Owners do not regularly manage construction teams, so it is beneficial to hire an expert to work on their behalf. The Owner's Representative can act as extension of the Owner, advising and acting as a single hub for the entire project team. The Owner is then free to focus on their areas of expertise with confidence that their interests are protected. The Owner's Representative ensures that the entire project team remains aligned with the Owner's priorities throughout all project phases.
